Simply put, I listen to people's pains and help solve them! I am a consultant, often brought into sales opportunities to help prospects see where how our solutions fit in with their tech landscape, their workflow and how can they use the solution to solve their challenges.

Feb 2024 - Present

Strategic Solutions Engineer

  • Deliver compelling demonstration and Proof of Value (POVs) to Noibu's Enterprise and Strategic prospective accounts.
  • Ownership of technical engagement with prospects during POV to ensure technical win.
  • Lead complex opportunities to closure through competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility!
  • $2 Million + in revenue (FY 25) bringing in 25 new logos like Mejuri, URBN/Free People, The Range, Carrefour and Authentic Brands.


Feb 2020 - July 2021

Solutions Lead - Proposal Management

  • Managed the global proposal management process as part of the revenue operations team.
  • Led initiatives in consolidating processes and knowledge management across 5 acquired companies.
  • Established process for intake, review and approvals, with opportunity scoring. Effective pursuit strategy which helped bring down the number of RFPs by 20% 
  • Enforced stringent content management and approval process, while pulling stakeholders from marketing, product and professional services to improve the knowledge base. Achieved 30% improvement in RFP shortlist.
  • Awarded multiple awards including all-star performer for the year 2020. Contributed to over $13 Million in revenue and improved win rate by 5% YoY.


July 2021 - Feb 2024

Senior Solutions Consultant

  • Lead Vidyard's efforts in Enterprise sales opportunities for the Video hosting/Messaging product, helping potential customers through discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development.
  • Deployed demo automation (Walnut) and helped train the Small Business team to demo using Demo2Win principles.
  • Rolled out micro-demo library along with other efficiencies to reduce requests by 25% YoY enabling SCs to focus on more strategic opportunities.
  • Designed and deployed a Proof-of-Concept framework for Enterprise selling.
  • Subject matter expert on APIs, Integrations, and Security/Privacy conversations.
  • Mentor and train new SCs and regularly lead enablement sessions for the GTM org. Created a feedback loop for knowledge sharing with product management acting as the voice of the customer!


April 2016 - Dec 2019

Solutions Consulting

  • Lead Solutions Consulting efforts, including demonstrations and workshops/proofs-of-concept as an individual contributor for the US-East sales opportunities. Led multi-day solution workshops with over 50 target audience with the agenda of identifying customer challenges and addressing them through the solution
  • Lead the Proposal and Bid management efforts – Responding to RFP’s, RFI’s, and RFQ’s. Standardized processes and content for ensuring quick RFx response completion
  • Worked closely with the sales and marketing teams to deliver saleable results during advanced-level negotiations 
  • Helped close over US $1 Million in annual revenue for CY 2019 and achieved over 100% of the targe
